Testimonials

"I had the good fortune of being Sara's student for basic massage classes. She is the very definition of patience in her role as teacher, whether in the structured school setting or on an individual basis as therapist-client. Her intuitive skills give her and her student or client a valuable advantage. Sara is highly-skilled in craniosacral and myofascial release techniques and I would recommend her to anyone seeking education or therapy in those modalities. Her passion is contagious and her knowledge-base and skill-level in these areas is state of the art."

- John Frantz, CMT

"Sara has been of the greatest importance in my physical and mental health. She is a mentor and inspiration, as well as an extremely talented and intuitive therapist. Her teachings have taught me to approach bodywork as a conduit rather than as a force. She continues to be voice of guidance, and her hands have helped me heal my body, mind, and spirit."

- Heidi

"Sara Johnston as teacher --

Disconnected from Self, an open conduit, connected mind to universal energy and intelligence, brought forth though her heart to her hands, to share, to teach, to mentor, to heal.

Sara's teaching is astounding -- I'm sure I've only witnessed a very small portion of the knowledge encapsulated inside Sara Johnston.....so far."

- Maureen

"Sara Johnston has been to me a patient teacher, a wise mentor, and a skilled bodyworker over the course of our relationship. I feel quite lucky to have had the chance to learn from her in my training and maintain our connection after I graduated from school.

She was the most professional yet approachable teacher I had in my Massage Therapy program, and her expertise and willingness to share her knowledge with her students was endless. Even after I graduated, she continues to be a vital resource to me for advice, bodywork techniques and support.

As a mentor, she has offered to help me master certain techniques to better myself as a therapist. Also, she is a warm and friendly resource for advise on anything from running your own business to what continuing education course would be best to take. She is warm, inviting, and always a helpful person to talk to.

Sara is the whole package when it comes to a bodyworker. A master of many modalities, a warm and inviting personality, a natural teacher willing to spend the extra time it takes to make sure her students thrive in their learning. She is a wonderful person to work with in any situation."
