CRANIOSACRAL FUNDAMENTALS – FOUNDATION 1
This CST workshop will center on portions of William Sutherlands’ (founder of Cranial Osteopathy) Familiarization protocol. The class will focus on honing the skill of “listening” to the body, optimizing the position, fluid movement, and energy of the different parts of the craniosacral system. Special focus will be to bring the craniosacral system back to balance at the mid line of the body. No pre-requisite required.

CRANIOSACRAL FUNDAMENTALS – FOUNDATION 2
This workshop will focus on sacral techniques for balancing and unwinding the pelvic floor. Coupled holds for the cranium will be introduced. Craniosacral work with the Psoas as well as full body unwinding will be developed. No pre-requisite required.

CRANIOSACRAL FUNDAMENTALS – FOUNDATION 3
(The Foundation 1 and 2 workshop is a prerequisite for the Foundation 3 workshop)
This CST workshop will build on the “listening” skill developed in F1 and F2 workshops. Advanced work will focus on the sacrum, perineum, and core link techniques for unwinding the entire spine, mandible testing and unwinding, working with different forms of headaches, and developing ones gifts of Shamanic Perception. Take both Foundation 1 and Foundation 2 classes before taking Foundation 3.
Sara Johnston (certified Milne Institute Craniosacral Work Practitioner) is approved by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing education Approved Provider (Number 451355-10).

Who can register:
Open to participants who are currently enrolled in a massage therapy program or have a Massage Therapy License. The class is also open to participants who are not therapists or bodyworkers but want to experience and understand this gentle yet powerful work on an experiential level for their own personal growth.

Wear loose comfortable clothing. Please bring a blanket and cushion to sit on. Healthy snacks are encouraged.
